Okay, bear with me as I describe this; I'm just gonna do it band-aid style and simply SAY it otherwise I'll get nervous.
Between my butt cheeks I have this little like wart things. I don't really know how to describe them well enough, they are rather like cylinders and stick out, but only like a little. I've had them practicually all my life, as long as I can remember at least. I've never asked a doctor about them, because I was always rather embarassed. However, I do want to know what they are. So I figured I'd post it here and ask. I went and tried to figure out through pictures online (which was stupid, I know) but for some reason genital warts keeps coming up.
I had them LONG before I started having sex, so I like doubt that. But any ideas on what else it could be?!

What are skin tags? How do I get rid of them?

Skin tags are benign skin growths (that certainly can resemble warts) that usually grow in the groin (in and around), the armpits and the neck... but they can really pop up anywhere, especially where there is friction on the skin. They can appear as elongated as you describe, attached to the skin by a thin stalk, or even as a bump..
They can be removed by the doctor quite easily by various methods..
The good thing is that they are completely harmless and common... you should just google skin tags and look at the images and do some reading. I would be that is what you have...
Best of luck!
