I see that there is an explicit warning not to mix Crestor with blood thinning medications, but does anyone have any experience with Crestor acutally thinning the blood on its own? I bit my lip today accidentally and pulled a hang nail (yes, bad habbit) and both bled like freakin crazy! I am not on any types of blood thinning medications.

It's day 3 on 10mg, and I feel ok i guess. Im starting to get a little freaked about all the bad hype this drug has on the net. i havn't really read anything good about it yet, but my doctor says its "the best" :dizzy:

For those not on anticoagulants like Coumadin, there is no likelihood of increased bleeding from rosuvastatin.

For something good to read aboput it on the net, here's an opinion:
CRESTOR WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE if you are at high risk of atherosclerosis.
There, now you read something good!:D
