Hi Danibeth:

You read all the time that the lower your blood pressure and pulse are, the less work load on your heart, that is unless you are having symptoms such as the ones you have mentioned. Your list includes most of the symptoms that should prompt you to see your cardiologist as soon as possible. Few people can get away with such low numbers without having symptoms, for example, very fit athletes. Good luck

i have been studing, could it be hypotensive brachacharida?
what do you think?

That is exactly what it is. Hypotensive means someone with low blood pressure which is defined as less than 90/60. Brachycardia or more commonly known as bradycardia (with a D) is a heart rate less than 60 (some even say less than 50.) Whatever it is called, the key is whether or not you are having symptoms, and according to your initial post you are having extreme dizziness and occasional blackouts when you stand up (orthostatic hypotension) in addition to other symptoms.

These are symptoms that require immediate attention and I know you said you have an appointment to see your cardiologist very soon. Did you mention to them that you are having these symptoms? What did they say? You may need adjustment in your medications or some new ones. In the meantime, avoid standing up from a lying-down or sitting position very quickly, i.e. do it slowly. Don't eat large meals at one sitting but rather spread them into smaller meals throughout the day. Don't wait for these symtoms to resolve on their own. Your body is trying to tell you it needs help. Good luck
