I just wanted to post that I have posted here in the past about my fear and concern about my frequent PVC's. I thought they would never improve or go away, they only seemed to get worse.
I started Toprol XL 25 a couple of months ago (now have the generic) and although it was not instant, my PVC's have slowly improved to the point now that I rarely am bothered by them. I think I still get them, but they are milder and not the "donkey kick in the chest" I used to feel.
I tried magnesium before and that only made mine worse. I am not even sure if the Toprol is really what helped or if my body has just gone to another phase, but I know I was really hopeless and expecting to die back when they first started about 6 months ago. I want others out there to know there is a good chance that their symptoms can improve w/ time.
I also was helped by getting the nuclear stress test, etc. and finding there was no heart damage.
Take care everyone.
