Hello there,

I have been on the patch for over 2 years, and i would like to stop using it for multiple reasons. Last month, I had decided to stop wearing it, but the 4 days following my decision, I was lightheaded and felt "weird". This scared me a bit, so I put the patch on again and these symptoms seemed to have gone away. As anyone else had withdrawals? or was it something else?. I would like to try to come off it again, so any suggestions would be great.
