I am a 49 year old female who has had a history of 2 cervical spinal fusions. I have degenerative disc disease with spinal stenosis, etc.

About 5 days ago, I woke up with my hand (left) swollen and so painful that I couldn't close my fingers to make a fist. When I tried, it was excruciating. The middle finger was the worst. The muscle that leads from the wrist to that finger felt like it was tight and pulling, the pain radiated up to the wrist. I have awoken the past 4 mornings the same, but now, both hands are like this, the left being the worst of the two. My question is to you expert arthritis patients is: Does this sound like RA or Osteo? I started to have lower back pain (aching more) about 2 months ago. My shoulder also aches and my knees swell (especially behind the kness) in the am. My stiffness will subside after about an hour after waking. All of my muscles throughout my body seem to be "tight" and my bones feel "achey". I am so scared that this is RA. I can barely open a medicine bottle or pick up my cup of tea right after waking. Please can anymore help me! Thanks.
