It's about 8 years since I started the menopause and about 4 since my last period,suddenly I started bleeding 5 days ago, I have seen my doctor, he says it's quite common, but made a hospital appointment straight away, this I find worrying. Has anyone else experienced this please?

:wave: ..... I have heard of this happening to other ladies..... I personally haven't gone through menopause yet...... still in the peri stage :eek: .... But i was told that sometimes your uterus will expel old blood after menopause... Still it's best to have it checked out... Best of luck and God Bless... Dee :angel:

Hospital appointment went OK yesterday, thankful it's over! I had an Endometrial Biopsy and a small polyp removed, also told there are changes to my womb lining, I have to wait 2-3 weeks for the results of the biopsy now.
