Any feedback on this.

For the past few years this has been happening not very frequent, but enough where it bothers me. A echoey type buzz in my right ear. My ear almost feels like it is mildly clogged. Almost like I've been on a plane and something needs to pop. Along with this buzzing, having the radio, or t.v, or any loud noices seems to echo in that ear, and becomes very annoying. This usually last a few days, and then I usually become very nauseated and dizzy. This last for about an hour. But when the dizziness is over, and the nausea stops, the buzzing in my ear is always gone. Any ideas as to what is going on with me.
