Sometimes when I'm reeally bored or depressed I'll manually hyperventilate then hold my breath. (kind of like the passing out game) I read weki-pedia on hyperventilation but my question is are there any reprecussions to hyperventilating I usually on do so a once or twice a week...

It probably puts a great deal of stress on your heart, and may cause burst blood vessels in your eyes. You need to stop doing this as you may cause serious damage.
