If you're just getting a regular CBC, which is a complete blood count, then no. If they're not specifically testing for hormones, then it's not going to show up. There are websites out there that will tell you what's involved in blood tests based on what the order says. CBC/SMAC tests things like your white and red cell count, plasma levels, liver and kidney function, glucose level, etc.

i read somewhere that you should tell the professional giving the blood test that you are taking BC pills because the hormones can alter things in your blood, etc. probably nothing bad, but they should just know in case they notice something in the test that would otherwise not be there if you werent on bc. i am not completely sure, but just to be safe.
