I live a healty life stye, never smoked, don't drink, avoid most of the common junk foods, eat fair amount of fruits & vegistables, lift wieghts several times a per month...
and jog about 3 miles 3 times per week for the last year. I'm 5' 10" and 170 lbs and 43 years old. My resting heart rate is about 55 and I train at about 135....
On to my question... For some unknown reason to me, when I finished my last couple of workouts my heart rate is not coming down as it should. Generally within about 5-7 minutes I'm at or about 60 -70 Beats per minute.
These last couple of workouts my Pulse kinda stuck at 100 for about 30 minutes. What the heck is going on here ?? It's cold here in Michigan and I'm dressed in clothes that are not breathing as well... so I might be over heated.
Any comments or suggestions... other than that I feel fine. During the day my HR is where it normally has been for the last several years.
