after a good workout (weight lifting), is consuming soy protein just as good as consuming whey protein or protein from diet (milk, beef, chicken) for repairing cells and muscle growth?

could u list some of the common side effects plz i did some research and didnt come across any side effects. i also took human nutrition as an elective course at my university and that soy products has positive effects on the body that will lead to good health(reducing cancer and other diseases). You are correct...the amino acid content of soy protein is very similar to that of whey protein. I have used both and usually buy whichever is cheaper per gram of protein delivered. Last purchase was a 6 pound cannister of 90% whey protein but it's almost gone, so I'm looking for sales. |
