What is the best test to detect Helicobacter Pylori ? Blood test ? Stool test ? Breath test ?

For me they did a gastroscopy.
I was terrified of it before I went in, but it doesn't hurt a bit. It's just extremely unpleasant.

I hope they don't have to do it to me ever again.

The best test for this is a Endoscopy, the next best test would be the breath test.

When I had the Endoscopy, it was no big deal and I had it without sedation...
