I lift on Mon,Wed,Fri. This includes chest, arms, shoulders, back, and legs(leg extension and hams, hard workout ), no squat because of knee problems(dislocation) and neck problems when the bar rest on my neck. I ride my bike 40 minutes Tues, Thurs,Sat, Sun. The question: Am I giving my legs time to rest from the lifting workout when I ride the bike for the cardio? I have been lifting since Jan. 1. I have lost fat and have seen some gain in muscle. My concern is the leg rest.
