I have lots of flab in my arms and I mean lots. I don't feel right walking around in a t-shirt that shows it all. Also I have rolls on the sides. Which are the obliques I think. Do you know any excercises that will help trim them both down?

Well you can workout your arms. Simply by doing curls for biceps and extentions for triceps. Also for obliques crunch to the side. Remember diet is the key and cardio
