You suggested I have 5-6 small meals a day; 1200 cals, 75 carbs, and 150 protein. I have not bought the shakes yet, but I am having problems keeping my carbs that low and getting my protein that high. Calories are fine. This is what I had today:

Breakfast: 2 eggs
snack: 1 orange
Lunch: Ham sandwich, no condiments
cucumbers w/ light dressing

I am already up to 60 carbs, and only 28 proteins (483 cals). I brought a banana for my afternoon break and that has 27 carbs in it, so I guess I shouldn't have it. What snacks are there with low carbs? I've been eating just meat and salads for dinner. I did the treadmill three days this week so far at 2 1/2-3 miles each time. Tomorrow will be my 4th cardio day. Stopped doing weights. Am I on the right track? Are fruits a no-no?? Thanks.

I should of been a little clearer sorry. There are the good carbs and the bad carbs. The good carbs are from fruits and veggies so don't count those in your diet. Count the bad ones like from sugar and such...

THANK GOD!! I like to eat fruit, but they were taking up so many carbs from my limit. So will count all the other carbs, just not from fruits and veggies? Thank you so much.

I go for about 52 minutes 45 of which are pretty intense (for me, I go at level 3.5-4.2) and yes I do sweat. I do buy only lean meats, but I don't eat that much. Dinner ideas have been really hard because I know you are supposed to stay away from breads, pastas and rices, and that doesn't leave much for someone who doesn't like meat that much. Oh well. Thanks again.
