Aftre an operation as a child to correct clubbed feet, I have been left with reduced calf muscle and thus VERY thin lower legs.What is the best way to build these?I am now 21 so fairly well stopped "growing".Is there certain exercises/types of gym machines I should concentrate on [I am not a regular attender to the gym so dont know much about what types of weight machines are out there]
