What do you think of this plan?
Mon- Off
Tues- Bike(30 min), shoulders, traps
Wed- Bike(30 min), Back, abs, biceps
Thurs- Off
Fri- Legs
Sat- Jog(30 min)Chest, abs, triceps
Sun- Off
Your critique, please. Have been lifting since Jan. 2001
I have been riding the bike 5 days a week but thought this might be to much and would affect Leg muscle growth not giving them enough rest.

I don't quite remember what your goal was but by doing that you will not gain any muscle size BUT you will for sure tone up. (Of course have a good diet)

What will keep me from gaining size? What should I do? I want to gain size but also lose some weight, maybe 8-10 lbs. Thanks,Rock

You will have to do one at a time. Cardio will keep you from gaining muscle size. You can first gain the desired muscle you want then lose all the fat. That is the best way to go.

Well, in order to gain weight/muscle you must eat enough food and by doing cardio you are burning the necessary calories for building muscle.
