Does anyone know where I can get such a device? I'd prefer one that doesn't require a chest strap as well - surely there's one that can monitor your pulse from the underside of your wrist?

I have never seen a heart rate monitor/pedometer as one piece. And you can buy a heart rate monitor that checks your pulse from your wrist but the ones with the chest strap are WAY more accurate.
