I am tall and thin and I want to gain weight but only as muscle instead of fat. I really don't have time to make it into any weight room because of work but I want to get muscular. Since summer is coming up my main concerns have been my upper body especially my abs and chest. Please send me some information on workouts that don't require weights but are just as effective.

Ok there is a magic pill that puts on muscle on your chest. Seriously, you want to put on muscle and yet can't workout with weights..... The best thing you can do is to do pushups but you won't gain nothing really......

Eat more snacks during the day like chocolate cake and not a apple or ice cream with lot's of chocolate on it and eat a big dinner.

If you don't have time to make it to the weight room, why not do a couple of quick circuit dumbell workouts at home each week? I would get the powerblocks dumbells (the personal set that goes from 5-45 pounds) because they don't take up much space and weight changes are quick.
You would need to invest at least 20 minutes twice a week in this. If you can't do at least that, we are back to the magic pill theory.
