Another question about Carbs. You mentioned I should keep them under 75, but I didn't have to count fruit and veggies because they were the good kind. When determining which are the good and which are the bad should I follow something similar in what the Low Carbohydrate dieters follow? Because when you gave me a sample meal plan there was 1 bagel (54 carbs-Wonder brand) and 4 pieces of toast (14 carbs each) on it, which already adds up to 110 carbs. I am a little confused and just wondering if I should not be eating that much bread. I have kept track of every food that I stick into my mouth since January, but I haven't really kept track of the carbs until now, just fat and calories. It is amazing at how fast the carbs do add up. I am doing really good with my cardio workouts, and I feel like I am doing pretty good with my diet, just not with the carbs. Sorry to keep bugging you. Thanks for your help.
