Hi, I'm new here and I signed up because I've been having these weird headaches ever since I was a teen. It's really hard to describe. Hopefully someone here can help me identify what it is that's happening.

It usually feels like it's triggered by certain thoughts, I can feel it coming and a few seconds later it hits me really hard. When it happens my mind will start thinking about something random (usually something similiar with each headache) and after about 10 seconds it will begin to wear off and I'll forget whatever it was I was just thinking about... and a minute later I'll feel completely normal again. They only happen maybe a couple times a day for only a few days a month.

The funny thing is that when I feel them coming I kind of TRY to make it happen. When I was younger I used to think I was being possessed or that the gods were trying to send me a message. :dizzy: I don't want to have to take a CAT scan. Any ideas what this could possibly be? Thanks!!
