Does anyone have any informative website links that will fill me in on how to get rid of these saddle bags? I am looking for the right excercise to focus in on these unattrative blobs. Thanks!

Simply by doing cardio four times a week at 30 minutes intense and having a low calorie diet with a good weight training program. Are you referring to your hips??

Well, I used to think it was my hips, but my boss informed me that is wasn't my hips, it was saddle bags. I have a pretty small frame, but at the very tops of my thighs (about crotch level) there are these buldges on the side. I look like a pear! Do you really think that all I have to do is some cardio? That would be really cool.

Cardio will of course help and also weight training. Try these exercises... Deadlifts, Lunges, Hip aductor...

Running or inline skating would be helpful to get rid of saddlebags, if you want to do something cardio rather than just floor exercises.

in line skating is a great way to get rid of them. running works on your quads and hamstrings and doesn't focus on the "saddlebag" area.

Hi brutuscat! Actually I have had good success with decreasing saddlebags from running. I think running firms everything up! But I agree that inline skating does a fabulous job, too -- it also helps the upper inner thigh muscles.
