I started weight training last year and got pretty big. Problem was, that this was when my hair started to fall out.
I stopped training thinking the it might of been responsible for an increase in testosterone, and possibly my hair to fallout. Lately I've been researching my concern and have found many articles that show that weight training can cause receding hairline by increasing DHT. But in contrast, I have other articles that say weight training can actually help prevent hair loss by releasing testosterone...
Does anyone know the right answer???? :wave:
