OK what is the real truth? Are potatoes good or bad for you? My wife and I eat them like 3 times a week and I eat them after my workout and cardio session. What is a good or bad amount to eat of these things?

That doesn't exactly answer my question. Are they OK to eat after a workout. I have actually cut down a little like 2 times a week. What else is there to eat with meats other than vegetables?

Depends is your goal to put on muscle? If it is then stick with the carbs. You can eat beans with meat or rice or bread
