Chest- Bench Press
Back-Seated Row
Shoulder- Military Press
Bicep- Dumbbell Curl
Tricep- Pushdown
Quads-Squats

My favorite is the ab torso roller. It cost 8.99 at kmart and comes with a free exercise video. It wrks pretty well.

I love swimming. It offers resistance to every moving muscle in your body and it's damn relaxing too. Of course, the harder you push, the stronger you get! :-)
