At completely random times I get the feeling of tingles on my shoulders and back. There isnt any pain or numbness involved and it lasts for a few seconds. Can anyone explain what causes this?

Hey there John-
I have the same problem. I go to a chiropractor. It is usually caused by a pinched nerve/muscle strain and tightness.
