Ok I have thin leg's and really thin arm's. But I have a little bit of fat on my stomache that just wont go away! And I have a weider ab shaper? Does anyone else own one of these? Is it not helping me? Because it used to make my ab's like really sore but now it doesn't it just makes me sweat alot. Oh and Ive also been drinking water. But I do drink a little coke in the day like in the morning so I can be hyper and not dead. But does anyone know what I can do to make my stomache alot thinner? Thanx if you can help!

Hi!

It's good that your exercise is making you sweat, but focusing on just one area does not make that one area lose fat. The only way to lose that fat would be to lose weight in general.

Keep exercising though!

I agree... overall aerobic exercise is what loses fat. Doing abdonimal exercises is really good for firming up the muscles under the fat, but doesn't get rid of the fat itself... aerobicising is a great fat reducer. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
