View Full Version : Need help with butt, hips, legs, oh everything..please help!!!!!

I hope someone can help me. I need a good workout routine to help tone up the mentioned areas. Im 5'3" and weight 115 pounds. I have 3 kids. Im not overweight but need to tone majorly. Heres my problem areas...
My bum is trying to touch the floor, I need to lift and firm it.
My legs shake more then jello, need to firm those.
My hips,(I think) stick way out. Need to slim those down. When I put on a bathing suit I have 2 big blobs above and below the side straps. YUCK!!!
My belly is flabby, of course I have 3 kids and 2 were by c-section, so now I have this extra flab that wants to hang over the scar.

Can someone please give me some advise? Im in desperate need of help. I dont belong to a gym and really dont have the time for that because of the kids but will have time to do some exercise at home. I currently bike ride, and its doing nothing for me as of yet.
Please help!!!!!

These exercise will help all those areas. Lunges, Squats, Deadlifts. Also cardio will do you good. You can also do this at home with just a pair of dumbbells. Try these exercises twice a week... Monday and Thursday......

I've put another post here about which diet is best to do when yo are doing tae bo. I want to tone up and get slimmer. Do u have any suggestions? I'm open to whatever I hear. I do tae bo about 3x a week, usually in the am. I dont know if i should be eating different on the days i work out.

Well you will need a low carb diet along with a high protein diet. You must eat small meals every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism going. It's good that you are doing Tae Bo in the morning but for optimal results try doing it on an empty stomach when you wake up. During the off days eat the same food except increase your protein intake by 10%. Make sure you are drinking at least 2 liters of water a day and getting a good multivitamin. Any questions? Just ask

First of all, thank you so much for your input, you are sooo helpful.

I was talking to a trainer, and he mentioned that i need to slightly weight lift to get slimmer. Is that true? he told me to do tae bo 2x a week and 4x a week, either go to the gym and circut train or learn how with dumbells at home. I just dont want to get bulky.

Also, what metabloic enhancer will work best to increase my results? I am currently taking a knock off of xenadrine. But its always off and on with that. I stop after a few weeks, and proceed when I know I will be on a regular exercising schedule.

Weight training will assist in weight loss don't worry you won't get bulky ( i hate it when people say that) Also try an ECA stack ephedrine , caffiene, aspirin.
