Hey, I was just wondering if you guys use weightlifting belts when you lift weights? I am 17 and I haven't been using one until about 2 months ago. I noticed that I feel more supported when I lift weights now. What are your thoughts on it? Also how should it be worn, like really tight or loose and how low or high should it be placed? Thanks.

You don't need a lifting belt. It should only be used for squats and deadlifts. Chances are you are not doing more than 200 lbs on any of them. Second of all you make your back and abs weaker by taking all the strain from it.
