Hello,
I recently lost some weight and am trying to regain it because of how skinny i now look in my face (too skinny) and almost sickly. I know there is no way of targeting weight gain, but i was wondering if anyone knows a good way to achieve this. I am concentrating mainly on eating protein to regain the weight but i am not sure if that is the best way to go about gaining weight back on my face. Any suggestions would be helpful. Also, when regaining weight where does it normally show up on the body first? Thank you
