Especially when I do sit ups my stomach starts hurting after I finish doing them and my it also tightens. Also I feel like throwing up.My body should be getting used to the excercising now.Other than that everything is great.

Well what do you think is going to happen to your muscles when you add stress to them. Thank you???? Of course they are going to get tight and sore. Regarding the vomiting make sure you are not eating anything 45 minutes before working out. Have a good recovery meal after too. (Protein shake would be nice followed by a meal half an hour later) PEACE

Try doing your situps less quickly at a slower pace and don't do so many if you get
tired rest and work on your legs or back. Also
do more sets like these while lying on back
and arms are folded across your chest with
knees bent bring your knees up and curl them
towards you then straighten you legs out again but don't let them touch the floor try
to do 20-25 then rest.Be sure when your getting pumped up for your workout that you
give at least 2 hours after a food meal. Also
if your getting pretty sore in your stomach
after a workout scale back your reps this will help.Later CB2
