I've been doing sit- ups and crunches like every other night and i can feel my stomach is getting harder and harder but my stomach isn't flat so i can't really see the difference, how would i go about loosing some of the fat off my stomach so i'll be able to have a flat stomach? I also run for like 15-30 minutes.
I also have been doing push-ups to work out my chest, but i don't know if that'll do anything in terms of giving my chest some tone. What can i do to tone my chest and make my chest a little flat and muscular and loose some of the fat there too?
some advice on other exercises to do for both would be great, but please explain what i can do in a little bit of detail, thanks!

To show your abs you will have to lose overall bodyfat. Cardio four times a week at 30 minutes intense will do the trick. Why do you do situps and crunches.... Just stick with crunches.. Regarding your chest same thing, you will have to lose fat for your chest to be more toned. But you want it to be more muscular so pushups will do the trick but don't expect any size.... just shape off pushups.... If you want size on your chest trying bench pressing.

what kind of cardio should i do? running, jump rope, swimming, jumping jacks, what? which will loose body fat the fastest? or is there a combo i can do that might help me loose it faster: like run for 20 minutes and do something else for 10 minutes? how would i go about loosing body fat in my chest? what exercises?

Anything intense for 30 minutes. Key word is intensity. To burn chest fat you must burn overall fat.

would you consider walking at a fast pace for over 30 minutes intense? just wondering because it doesn't seem so intense and it could be an easy way for people to lose fast.

Anything is good... the best place to be is where you are breathing hard and sweating some but can still talk, _and_ to be able to maintain the pace for the full 30 minutes at least. After about 20 minutes of this kind of pace is when your body switches itself from burning sugar to burning fat. If you gob toward a more intense workout, it will work the muscles harder... build up endurance and some muscle tone. It depends on which way you want to go, but keep in mind, more muscle burns more fat.
