I am 112 pounds and work out hard but I have cellulite! What gets rid of it ? I weight train do 1 hr of cardio a day but it won't budge. Does Endermologie work? Is it just temporary? What about Creams or any other exercises? Please Help! I am only 22!
Okay well, some basic questions if you don't mind. Where is the fat? How long have you had it in that location? Whats your nutrition like? When you do cardio, are you doing at least 25 minutes at a time at 75% of you max? How much water do you drink? Do you get at least 7 hours of sleep a night?
There is allot that can cause the body not to burn fat as effectively as we would like, the above are some of the reasons why.

I drink 24 oz of water and do my cardio in the morning or at night and through the the 25 min at a time. So what am I doing wrong?? The cellulite has been there for as long I as I can remember . I hate to tell you this, but take a look at your parents. Does your mother have cellulite in the same areas? I'm a very active person who for the past 15 years or so has biked, inline skated, ran, etc., but I still have cellulite. My legs are strong and healthy, but darned if I don't still have cellulite. I've resigned myself to the fact that it may be impossible to lose it, especially when I look at my mother who has the exact same cellulite. I think it has a lot to do with heredity...... http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif

Did you say 24 oz of water?
Water flushes out the system and most experts will tell you that you should drink no less than 64 oz http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
Don't know if it will help but you can try http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
