The main thing I am struggling to cope with at the moment is the change in my personality  I'm so irritable isn't not true and I don't like myself much this way - I'm a witch!

Is there anything I can take which might ease this symptom?

I'm in the Uk

Thanks

Rita

If you're looking for something natural (rather than going the HRT route) you could try taking B-Stress vitamins, Omega 3's, flax seed oil. They all help with eliminating stress caused by hormones.

Another option is to use Natural Progesterone cream. It works in many women to bring a natural balance back to the hormones which ends the irritability. It's not for everyone though.

Hey Rita-
Another natural aide would be Saint Johns Wart. In my opinion, it really is great stuff. I've used it several times over the past several years when my stress levels were affecting my mood stability.

Good Luck sweetie!

Try 300mg of 5HTP. Also melatonin at night will help you get a restfull nights sleep. The best thing for irritability though would be exercise. Easier said than done I know.....
