I've been told I probably have IBS. Well, since early Dec. I've had diarrhea almost every day, but I've also had a nasty taste in my mouth constantly. It seems like it's in the back of my mouth. I've stepped up the oral care and started drinking more water, but it isn't helping.

Does anyone with IBS have this problem? It's driving me crazy to constantly have a bad taste in my mouth, plus I'm chewing gum when I'm around people cause I'm sure that means my breath is bad. I don't know what to do. I've heard bad breath from the stomach is very unusual because air only comes in and out your stomach when you eat or burp.

Seems like the bad taste starts when I eat, then doesn't go away until the next morning, until I eat again.
