Are you drinking enough water? Dehydration can cause headaches.

Hi, I always used to get really painful terrible headaches all the time to when I excercised. But that was when I hated water I mean I would not touch the stuff but then I started drinking yet and got used to the taste. Now I drink water all the time im practically addicted to it. So yes water might be your problem well I hope that helped. Good Luck!!

Just want to add that make sure your breathing is right. Don't be holding your breath during exercise. Inhale on the negative and exhale on the positive.

BLOOD PRESSURE!!!! Go and have your bloodpressure checked by a professional. Then if there is a problem or hint of a problem. Get a blood pressure cuff youself, learn how to use it and then keep track of your blood pressure resting and non resting. Check it throughout the day for 2 to 3 weeks and include just prior to exercising, during exercising, and after exercising. If you are showing elevated blood pressure on a consistent basis, go see your doctor and discuss ways to lower it. Sometimes it is as simple as cutting down to 1000 mg of salt a day and losing weight and sometimes just 10 to 20 pounds will do it. GO AND GET YOUR BLOODPRESSURE CHECKED!!!!!!
