I LOVE MINE!!!! But I will be honest with you. I have just gotten it and haven't proved the claims yet. It is perfect for me because my my knee problems and my lower back sometimes gives me fits. It is comfortable and easy to use. It is actually fun. The only downer I have found so far is that you can only use it every other day. The age old reason being that you must give the muscles you work a day of rest to repair and regenerate. I myself do better if I can just do something each and every day. So, my problem needless to say is consistency. I do feel much better after using it and believe it or not you actually do work up a bit of a sweat. Now, my arms are getting a work out too. Even though that is not what is supposed to happen. It's just that my arms are a bit weak and so that are getting a side benefit for the moment. YES! Get one!
