Hi!! I'm trying to gain weight, but everytime I try I fail...
I want to gain 10 or 15 pounds in the next 4 months.
The anxiety meds I was on made me lose weight and I just can't seem to put the weight back on even after getting off the medication.
People think I have an eating disorder, but I don't...
I'm really picky about what I eat I guess, because I'm a real health-cautious eater.
How do I gain weight, eat healthy, and stay consistant with a diet like this?
I bought a bunch of protein bars and I would work out and eat them right after working out and everything, but I felt like whenever I worked out I was just burning precious calories and losing more weight.
I'm reallly discouraged about all this.
