Hi Tweety I think it is a good idea to start slow when exercising as if you exercise at which you may think is a reasonable pace you may feel alot of joint and muscle pain afterwards. If your active and can do the advanced or expert aerobics then buy the Tae-bo tapes. But if you fall into the normal to semi-fit group I think getting the Tony Little fat burning tapes or other ones he has will benefit most people. He has helped probably millions and with many success stories from people being over 150 pounds overweight and more. He also points out that his equipment that he uses is has a less impact on your joints and knees etc. He has a website also and you can probably figure out what it is,truly many people think he is the real deal and he cares about people's health.

Hi Tweets,

I can tell you that I went from 265, to a lean, very muscular, 205 thank's to the Tae Bow tapes, and weight lifting, 3x a week.

I never did use the advance type, (though I have it), as I have a bad back, so I go slow, yet still get a superior workout....Now that I"m maintaining, I will sometimes walk/run, 2x a week, in place of the tae bow, just for variety.

Hope this helps,
Good luck.
Jack
