I have had a "frog in my throat" for a few months now and i've been coughing it up to stress because i am currently living in thailand and feeling some stress with that. But today i was looking at my throat and my left tonsil has an indent with a brownish tint to it. I can't seem to find anything about this. is it normal? okay secondly my right tonsil had a white spot on it. I have a constant feeling of needing to clear my throat and some mucus discharge from my ear. I have been feeling my neck to see if there are any lumps but i've never really felt my neck before so i dont' have much room for comparison. I know i should consult a doctor but i am in a fairly remote part of thailand and all the clinics around here do not have english speaking employees. any help would be nice. also. sometimes i think i have slight wheezing.
