Has anyone read the First magazine article (Feb.12,07) Drop 5 jean sizes by Easter? While I certaintly don't believe I'll lose 5 sizes (I'd be happy with 2) I'm gonna give it a try. Anyone else?

What's the plan?
It's a cardio indoor walking plan. You do it 3x's a day, 10 mins. per time, 7 days a week. It involves marching, side steps, kicking and knee lifts. I started today. I am very out of shape and did find it a challenge.

I bought the magazine because it caught my attention and I started it on February 12,2007. I will certainly keep you posted to as whether it works or not. I think that the exercises are moderately easy to do and this is something that we can all fit into our busy schedules.
