I have tried alot of things to build my arms up, but nothing in particular has worked. I saw a commercial for Big GUns and I am thinking of buying it. Technically it looks like it will work, and it doesn't seem to be a big price committment. Anyone else been interested?

That machine is a waste of 200bucks or however much it costs. I gurantee you the guy in the video got his body by doing freeweights, cardio and intense dieting.

I couldn't resist - it has good reviews online in other forums - I will let you know how it works. The video makes it sound pretty good though.

If you want to get bigger arms have a try at Barbell Curls, Preacher Curls Kneeling Hammer Curls these one's use Dumbbells. Reverse Preacher Curls, Reverse Curls and Behind Back Wrist Curls. Tricep Extentions with a Barbell grip about 2 thumb widths apart. Reverse Tricep Cable Pulldowns and Tricep Cable Pulldowns. These last 2 are done on a gym witha pulldown cable. Now the trick to these I think and I will tell you I'm not a trainer or anything like that . All I have is my own experience and my wife says I have got big arms and I don't take any supplements either. I have a 2 second rule. 2 seconds to raise the bar or pull the cable down. 2 seconds holding it where the muscle is under stress. And the last is 2 seconds returning the bar or cable. Believe me try it and when you have post it on here and tell m that this didn't work. You'll feel your arms burn and fully pumped that it feels so good. And do remember that you have to do the whole arm or it will be so out of balance and no good for you. I even think that doing it this way you might even have to reduce the weight your doing now. This way is even good for women who want to burn a little fat on their arms but if thats the case you have to use light weights. The Tattman
