some of you may remember me as i came here to ask about exercise help because i wanted to get toned and lose weight
in the beginning of the school year i weighed 167, and now i weighed myself today and i weigh 156.5, and im pretty happy about it
i just have a quick question, i need to know a certain order to do all these exercises in, which will be the most effective
run (around 3.5 miles usually)
bike (around 7 miles usually)
3 sets dumbbell fyls
3 sets one armed bicep curls
leg press
bench press
situps/flutter kicks/ab workout
quad extensions (idk what that machine is called) you start knees bent and extend legs straight with weight added?
any input on how i should go about rotating around these exercises?
