Hi,
I'm wondering if anybody can give me their opinion on Billy Blanks Boot Camp? I workout at home and love to mix it up, but I really need more cardio DVDs as I have quite a few with strength training. Since these use the "billy bands" would they be more strength training than cardio? If so, which Tae Bo tapes would be more cardio focused?

I haven't done this particular one, but I love almost all of Billy's stuff. I was told by a trainer at the gym - when you can't make it here, stick to Billy at home!
I really like the TaeBo LIVE! series (Advanced, but either is good). Most of Billy's stuff includes good cardio, so I would expect the same of Boot Camp. Let us know if you try it!

It's an excellent workout. Even with the bands, it is still considered cardio, but it really increases the intensity. The Tae Bo series are one of my favorite in-home workouts

Thanks, Twiceblessed :) That's awesome that your trainer recommends it!! I'm going to try the Boot Camp since it comes with four workouts and bands! I'll let you know how it goes.
