Morning all,
Just thought I'd pop in and update. For anyone online, I'm here. For anyone not online, I WAS here! LOL
Just looking around for now. Got a lot going on. Will update YOU ALL shortly. Not ready yet.
For now, please pray, or speak with your "higher power", on behalf of my DIL, she now has been dx'd with MRSA (multiple-resistant Staphylococcus aureus). Doctor told her that they are not allowed to use the akronyms, they have to use the proffessional term. Anyhoo, she had a small "boil" on her neck while I was there visiting, and had it looked at, then cultured after I left. Her mom let me know that it was definately MRSA. She's been back every day for treatment, cleansing and so forth. Doc says it's healing well, and "no worries", but it's hard not to worry about something that only less than 2 years ago took my only child. DIL is strong, so my hopes are good.
Anyway, as I said, that's all for now. Got more to say, but just not enough energy to go into it. You know me, no short words here! :)
Love you all,
TK
Oh and "girl75" don't give up. It'll come, do as other's have suggested. I just won my SSD with FULL benefits last June after trying since Sept. 2003. They even backed up my benefits to Sept. 2003, so I was elegible for Medicare immediately, that, and I had worked enough quarters in my life to qualify immediately for Medicare. I was very happy, and very lucky. I have a review around June, but no worries there, my condition hasn't improved, infact it's only worsened. But I am glad that hurdle has been knocked down. Glojer is right, GET IT ALL! Notes, records, phone calls, EVERYTHING. Do it yourself, you have to. Ask your lawyer for a "record of doctor's notes/visits" they will send you a list that you fill out with all the doc's you've seen lately, why you saw them and all their addresses. Fill it out, even if it's 10 docs, and send it to your lawyer, your lawyer will then aquire those office notes from the dates you listed. Go see docs, get tests done, anything you can think of, get it all, if you can. You'll be so sick of seeing doctors when it's all over, but it's worth it.
Again, much love to you ALL!
