if you were to read an MRI report for a wrist exposed to excessive repetive stress, which did not display obvious arthritic indications, and did not emit any pain at rest in a "straight line" position with the arm, but did emit blindingly horrendous pain upon slightly bending of the wrist in any direction, with the following "observations" on the MRI report, what would be your overall diagnosis, opinions, speculations, even wild guesses of the affliction...?
yes, i am going to confer with a "specialist", but i really need up front second opinions for very good reasons that i will not bore you with....

> there is a large amount of soft tissue edema surrounding wrist joint

> there is abnormal marrow edema throughout the distal ulna consistent with osseous contusion

> there is marrow edema identified in the capitate bone consistent with osseous contusion

> tearing of triangular fibrocartilage complex at the ulnar attachment

> an effusion is identified in the radial ulnar compartment of wrist
