Hi everybody :)
I was diagnosed 3 years ago with reactive hypoglycaemia. The doctors said that I have to completely give up sugar (in any shape or form :dizzy: ) as well as anything that has aspartame etc in it.

I've managed to give it all up without complaining and without getting depressed (even though I used to eat chocolate every single day) my only "problem" is gum
and I was wondering how come I can't eat sugar free gum?? people with diabetes chew gum without it causing problems. How can one little piece of sugar free gum affect blood sugar levels?

I was wondering if anyone with reactive hypoglycaemia can give me some answers.

Thanx in advance for your time :D
