Hi all, well the hearing was yesterday. The judge was very nice. But, he didn't say anything either way!!! How long does it usually take to know his decision??? He asked my attorney if she objected to back dating my case two years earlier, back to the date of when this disability started--isn't that a good sign???? Also the VE only came up with 3 jobs that I could do and my attorney shot down one of them and the judge shot down the other two!!! Does this sound as good to ya'll as it sounds to me???? Thanks. Hey guys, ya'll are scaring me! No one thinks the hearing went good????

realbelle---I think no one wantes to say definitely because we can't BUT in my opinion in all went well. my husband just won his SSD case after 3 years. all jobs were shot down by the FCE evaluator so the attorney and judge didn't have to. He was approved 11 days after the hearing and rec'd his letter stating "fully favorable" approximatley 3 weeks after the hearing. it's been about a month now and he hasn't seen a check or any other paperwork so that scares him. But everyone says it could still take some time after approved. Good luck.
