hello to all im new and very happy there is a site like this im 47 i hve lupus fibromyalgia, raynauds, depression,bulging disc in upper back and ddd in entire spine, other than that things are great.wishful thinking.just wanted to introduce myself im marie.

Your bulging disc sounds painful. Two close friends of mine, found they had the problem in the last year. What recommendations have you been given? Has anything helped? (Just curious.)

What's "ddd"? Deteriorating disc [something]?

hi veej unfortunatly im very sick and in alot of pain but im alive and have a wonderful family. i also just lost my dad 3 months ago so that could also be why im not well.im so glad you wrote me and i look forward to talking to you. thank you.

Dear Marie, Please accept my condolences on the loss of your father. It's such a profound loss. We lost our dad 9 months ago, to Parkinson's. Even when you expect it, as we did, brace yourself, and do all that you can, it's STILL unbelievably hard. One of my friends told me (kindly) not to be surprised if I felt awful for a year, then at-odds for a couple more. I suspect she's right.
